Scott Gruda is a Senior Associate at Prospect and has worked in the finance industry since 2017. Prior to joining Prospect, he worked as a Recruiter for four and a half years at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation. Prior to SMBC, Scott was a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist through Allegis Global Solutions, supporting recruitment for the Hongkong Shanghai Banking Corporation.
Scott received his BA from University of Connecticut and holds a Recruiting and Talent Acquisition Certification from Cornell University.
